register the vehicle in the following form and attach:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identification document of the applicant (DNI, NIE, passport).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicle technical inspection card identifying its classification as a historic vehicle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicle registration certificate<br><br><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, it will be exempt from the restrictions on circulation of the
