personnel, firefighting, civil protection and rescue services, ambulances, other emergency services, and municipal tow trucks, as well as vehicles used by public health professionals for home healthcare, public administration contractors providing these services, taxis, public transport, such as company buses, school buses, tourist buses, and tourist trains, and emergency services on public roads related to water, gas, electricity, or telecommunications supplies. <\/span><\/p><p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those interested must register the vehicle in the following form and attach:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identification document of the applicant (DNI, NIE, passport).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicle technical inspection card that identifies the usage code by vehicle usage criteria.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vehicle registration certificate<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once compliance with the requirements has been validated, it will be exempt from the restrictions on circulation of the
